Payment methods accepted: credit cards (including health savings accounts). Credit Card payments are made through secure patient portal. Paperless billing.

Billing to In-Network Insurance. I am currently only In-Network with select Blue Cross Blue Shield plans including Regence and Premera. Please check your insurance website and benefits to confirm coverage for physician. Telemedicine visits may or may not have same coverage on plan.

Patients with Out-of-Network insurance benefits can request a Superbill receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Payment is due at the time service.

Lab testing and prescribed supplements are not included in the cost of the visit. Health savings cards can be used for these services.

NEW PATIENT VISIT

60-90 minutes $295-$345

Obtain complete history of concerns, past medical history, family history, review past and current treatments, recommend further testing, consider treatment options. This appointment is to gather information and establish a foundation of care and not aimed to begin an extensive treatment plan. Treatment plans are often not included during this visit.

FOLLOW UP EXTENDED

45-60 minutes $195-250

Follow up to multiple concerns and treatment plan. Can include in depth functional lab analysis, diet and nutrition counseling, supplement and prescription protocols. Recommendations for follow up testing or screening.

FOLLOW UP BRIEF

15-30 minutes $160

Follow up on labs, next steps, brief medication or review of current plan. Consider follow up labs. Medication review and refill.
